I went to the store last night at 6:50 p.m. to buy a dessert, and what was not my surprise to be unable to enter the store to choose. (the Viennese mills are presented at the stand overlooking the street, but the pastries are presented at the store being inside the store.) in fact, they were cleaning before closing, and so customers could not enter the store to choose a dessert. So I had to choose a dessert while remaining on the street, and not see very well those that were presented. Luckily, I took a brownie that was very good, as usual, but preventing customers from going inside the store to choose a dessert because of covid, and especially to clean ten minutes before the official closing of the store is a little limit. It's not 7:00. Otherwise, I appreciate that bakery-pastry. it is good and sometimes refined, and by the way, craftsmen are rather friendly, young and welcoming in general. Very bad communication. I saw last night, December 31, 2021, that the pastry was closed by heading towards 6:40. Very disappointed. Then, in fact, I saw, going to facebook (social network on which I refuse to register, I am against social networks, precisely because they are too simple to leave a communication without taking care to know if the message was received) that it was because of a holiday that the pastry was closed (which is not surprising at the Roche-Sur-Yon, where everything is closed the word of December 24, where it is closed. The saleswomen are very friendly; they seem to take on a lot of apprentices because I often see very young people. It’s an industrial bakery but personally I like their paninis and cookies

I adore !! the staff is super welcoming, always a pleasure to go there, their novelty is always pleasant, as is their individual cook, a real delight! I recommend this bakery!

I love having a good cookie unfortunately a little too cooked otherwise the reception remains a little cold part report to before it has changed well as the price damage
