Cafe Botanico - La Serena

There weren't a lot of vegan choices available at this restaurant, but the one option they had was very satisfying. The location is fantastic, the restaurant is lovely with beautiful plants, and the sunset in the evenings is quite pleasant. They serve you a whole teapot, and they are pet-friendly.

We tried the Botántico Veggie Sandwich, which features seitan and vegan cheese, and found it to be extremely delicious. The drinks we ordered, a lemonade and an iced coffee, were also excellent. For dessert, we indulged in a scrumptious vegan chocolate cookie and a decent cinnamon roll. The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely, with plenty of lush green plants adding to the atmosphere.
