Ottimo hotel, letti belli e confortevoli, camere tranquille, ampie camere! La posizione è buona, facile da raggiungere e vicino a tutto, ma con parcheggio disponibile. The property is okay. Room size was not big, but ok for a hotel room. The setup is a bit old. The glass front of the shower was difficult to move and metal parts partially rusted. Beautiful and large garden. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel charged my credit card twice on the 16th and 22nd September, but I only booked and stayed one night from 14 to 15 September. They do not reimburse the unjustified charge that makes me extremely angry. Instead, they literally sent a false statement to Booking.com: On September 20, he called me and told me that he would arrive at my hotel at 8 a.m. and make a reservation without booking.com. He didn't come and I had free space, that night I said no to many people because we were full. The fact is that I have been since the 17th. Sept. in Switzerland and on Monday, 20th Sept., again worked and made it completely inappropriate and illogical that I would have booked a room for another night. It is more than 600 km from the place where I live and work. All this can be proved, but I have received no proof from the booking or the hotel that a second reservation on 20. September, which does not exist. Under these circumstances I do not recommend the hotel. I wouldn't stay back. I wouldn't give them my credit card again. I recommend being very careful about it. I will do everything to get the unjustified second fee back from my credit card. Since I paid 2 nights, but only booked and stayed one night, the price-performance ratio was not ok.
