During our visit on December 28, my family unfortunately couldn't have lunch because we didn't make reservations in advance. However, I did manage to have a very informative 30-minute conversation with Mr. Edgar Bond, Jr. I was truly impressed by his lettuce garden, which features 14 different varieties, along with various herbs and other vegetables, as well as his irrigation system. I will definitely be coming back—this time, with reservations!

I've dined here twice with my colleagues, and both times the food was exceptional and the atmosphere was delightful. It's important to call ahead and make reservations if you want to eat here. The restaurant offers organic dishes, and each bite is a remarkable experience, which means a full-course meal for one person might be pricier than at a typical restaurant. We even had the pleasure of meeting the lovely owners during our visits.
