Same-day reservation (no need to plan x days before); cordial welcome without frills; Complete service in 25 minutes; refined meal (interesting combination of tastes) hearty and lots of homemade (even chives). Very fair price too. The setting is cozy and intimate. The server who cares that everything goes well while remaining discreet and who brings the right amount of presence.
