They don’t come to your table you have to go find them in order to get something. Food is pricey for the portion you get. Alcohol drinks are not good at all. The margarita is a blue color looks the same as the blue lagoon drink. Pool is clean and great access to beach.
The facility are nice but the owner is cheap, the new area that they built is with cheap equipment we got there Thursday evening the 19 ofJanuary and went for a walk to the beach and came back to the pool and noticed the pool water is green, fist sign if you own a place that is based in the pool why can you keep it clean. Second we were 3 persons and only 2 towels when ask for a 3rd one the lady in charge told me they only put 2 when I explained to her that we pay for 3 that didn't make any sense she informed me that if I want another one I have to pay, that is ok I reply. 3rd the shower is molded and the toilet was clogged when ask for help the excuse was the cleaning lady was busy. I don't blame the employees for al the inconvenience that we had I blame the cheap owner for not paying good the employees and not taking care of the facilities if you have a business take care of it, if not eventually it will fail. In the good side the employees are really good and welcoming.
Don't rent a room here the gate closes before 20:30 and no one will open it for you. They will call you to ask what time your returning cause the gate is going to be locked early. The rest was ok.
The place is very far away from any main city and the management of the place is terrible. The guest rooms are durty and smell bad.
This place is amazing but the owners exploit the workers tremendously, which as a Canadian, I am so against. I heard from vendors outside the hotel, the workers only get 8.00 miserable dollars per day and the amount of guests versus the amount of patrons is ridiculous. El Salvador is a beautiful country that is emerging from the troubled times, but labolar exploration is still in the 16th century.
