Fantastico, balneario, spa, tratamientos termales, fangoterapia, masajes. Caminatas por los alrededores, 27 fuentes de aguas medicinales

Está en un entorno maravilloso y cuando regresas cansado de tus excursiones, tienen unos profesionales increíbles para los tratamientos en el Balneario, muy recomendables. Ah! y es verdad van grupos del IMSERSO, pero comen en otro comedor, y además a mi personalmente no me molestan, me gusta y me parece positivo que nuestros mayores puedan disfrutar de ello.

We stayed for 7 days. The first night we had dinner at the resturant. At least we try. The waitress was stressed out and answer me when I call her: what? Really rude. I had to return my dishes as the first one didn't have...any taste at all and the second was too salty and it wasnt what I ordered, so I end up eating a salad from a salad bar that I realize we could eat cause nobody offered it. Breakfast was not bad but poor quality and a lot of food...the eggs were terrible. Cleaning was another issue as our bathroom was filthy, they mop with something that left all the dirty on one side of the bathroom, really disgusting. Most of the days the bed was not even dusted or arranged under the blanket. We had no wifi at all so we were move to another room which although having wifi it had no streaming so you couldn't watch a YouTube video or similar. Overall a big disaster. I think only the location is the reason they still in business. I didnt took any pictures to support what I am saying but I did write a survey at the hotel.

I have never been before in a medical spa in catalonia, only abroad, in the famous karlovy vary What a nice surprise: El Manantial hotel website is not very appealing (I know now they are about to change it), and the pictures look a little...boring. But, once i arrived, after 4 hours of public transportation i arrived to the unique mountain. Fall colors in the leaves of the trees. Checkin was fast and kind staff. Suite 331, probably one of the best rooms of the hotel. Living room and big bedroom. All you need. Own toiletries, no hair conditioner Basic but enough. Mountainlike décor everywhere. Food has been amazing, i did vegetarian choices for lunch and dinner, great ideas combined and well cooked and presented. The medical spa (balneario) is the most important reason to choose El Manantial by most of the guests. Caldas de Boí has 37 sources between 4 and 56 ° degrees, which allow more than 2000 daily techniques and treatments. I enjoyed a full Ayurvedic treatment, i have done this before in Asia and i loved it. You feel afterwards so relaxed amd flown away. And the signature treatment, officially thought for the ones who have psoriasis, which can be decreased after at least 10 days treatment: first i used a tiny natural sauna (not for claustrophobics), then a jacuzzi with tartera water, one of the thermal springs. I had a rest in the wonderful terrace overlooking the mountains. Followed by a mud wrap. Not any simple mud, the Sulphaterm mud developped by the labor, and then an short hydratation massage. Do not miss the thermal circuit with several showers, 2 hammams, 2 jacuzzi, one indoor pool, etc Great walks around the hotel and gardens. Wifi was the weakest part of my experience, but again, they told me they will be changing this very soon. Or just take the chance to switch off your phones and relax. Digital detox kind of. Unfortunately i only stayed there for 1 night, i wish i have more time in another occasion and try more treatments, hikes, etc Feel like reborn!
