Little Caesars Pizza - La Vergne

The cashier (DeShawn, I think) did a great job to treat customers and tried to encourage his employees to do their jobs, he was basically the only one who worked actively with him. Our crazy bread was extremely dry as if it didn't cook long enough, but the pizza was good.

They're kidding people there. I ordered the new Fanceroni Pfefferoni as a walk in. 43 minutes had come home with pizza, there were 18 pepperoni with a ton of cheese. That more than 100 paprika in advertising does not apply to this place!

My God, these are the most incapable people I've ever seen. I mean... how can you not crack how to cut a pizza?...or... where to sleep on the pizza?...Sad service with apparently mentally challenged children running things.

It is really disgusting to buy in this store (workers are rude, even the one who has prepared meals has dirt on his fingernails). The average time for pizzas to be delivered is 1 hour. I tried to buy this place three times, but I really can't. I hope that helps and no one buys here

I would honestly rate this zero if I could. I placed my order at 5:18 pm expecting to pick it up an hour later. One stuffed crust, one thin crust, both pepperoni. I arrived around 6:10, a little late for work but noticed the order wasn't ready. I didn't mind waiting a few moments for it to be finished (according to the app, in oven since 5:34). I told them I was waiting on an online order and was told it wasn't being prepared so they would place it in the oven right then. Not a huge deal, I could wait an extra 10 minutes (I've worked at a pizza place, this is about how long it would take to go through a pizza oven, there is no speed control). 20 minutes later I still did not have a pizza, yet others who had ordered AFTER me had just gotten their pizzas right out of the oven. Not to mention, everyone on staff (ALL 5) goofed around and did next to nothing instead of help out the makeline. Finally, at 6:35 I received ONE pizza, the stuffed crust. And they acted like this was my entire order. Then told they needed to finish up the thin crust. An hour and 20 minutes after I placed the order, they were going to put it in the oven. I told them absolutely not, just to give me whatever pizza they have ready and I'll take the loss. This isn't my only bad experience here, but certainly the worst. Everyone on staff is responsible for this terrible experience and should be ashamed. I didn't dare ask for a refund because they'd already tried to skirt around giving someone else there one, instead offering them replacement food. A lot of good that would do me instead of time wasted. Avoid this LC at ALL COSTS. They don't care about customers. Not enough to make it up to you, anyway.
