Grow Food Truck - La Verkin

I was on vacation in Park City last week and had a really tough time finding vegan food nearby. Then I discovered the Grow Food Trucks Instagram account and reached out to ask if they were open and where I could find them. I was greeted with such kindness by Amber Raleigh, the co-founder. She even offered to deliver food to me, despite having a full schedule. I ended up going to the grocery store in the meantime, so it wasn't needed anymore, but I was truly impressed by the compassion in her communication.

Park City now has a completely vegan dining option! Grow Food Truck offers delicious food and exceptional service. They’re conveniently open from 4 PM to 7 PM along the main routes, making it easy to pick up a meal on your way home from work. Highly recommended!

I’m thrilled to share that Park City offers a fantastic 100% vegan dining option! The Grow Food Truck serves delicious food and provides excellent service. They’re conveniently open from 4 PM to 7 PM along the main routes, making it easy to grab a bite on your way home from work. Highly recommended!
