Chipotle Mexican Grill - La Verne

Picked up catering order, and they helped me load them into my car. Appreciate your help.

First time I went to Chipotle was approximately 5 years ago and didn't care for it. A friend saw a commercial and decided he wanted to eat here. The wait wasn't bad but they got my friend's order wrong. I heard what he said but the preparer put whatever he thought he heard, in the bowl. My friend did not like what he got and didn't finish his food. I thought mine was just a mess of food that all tastes the same. It was just plopped in a pile. The drink station was an absolute mess! I had to clean our table before putting our food down and it wasn't even busy, there were only two other tables being occupied. The music was way too LOUD and we could barely hear each other and had to repeat ourselves too often. I won't be returning to any of their stores. It's too expensive for this kind of experience.

Barely give you any food. Asking for more lettuce was like one piece at a time.

Great customer service and great food. I come here all the time.
