Old food delivered with high prices Never have a good experience in this choice place. Today it's the last time for me. I ordered two salads. Both had limp salad and brown avocados. I spit out my bite. I hope I'm not getting sick. Only disgusting

Management should look at the low ratings of this location. Person at the cashier was new and I can tell that he was not properly trained. Had to keep asking everybody for questions. There was no one in the dining room inside yet it was dirty. Both on the floor and tables. This place needs keep up the cleaning and better train their employees

Not only have they had consistently long wait times in the drive thru lately but we 're rude and vulgar to the lady I was with even telling her to f--king go somewhere else when she tried to warn them about food handling and cleanliness as we waited inside. Not only did it offend her and but challenged my patience (especially because it was my idea)....so after years of stopping in I won 't be back but will also tell everyone I know to avoid this location.....

El Pollo Loco is delicious every time! My only request would be for a few more vegetarian options for Lent and meat-free Monday, please.
