Little Caesars Pizza - La Verne

This place will not answer the phone almost an hour before closing hours. Website says online orders are not available. This is the third time we have gotten these results from this exact location . I'm not sure if the staff just quits an hour before closing time and doesn't want to take anymore orders or what their deal is. They are clearly open because i walk in and put the order in in person. I just dont want to wait twenty minutes after i order for my pizza to cook. Its very un convenient. They should have bussiness hours properly stated instead of not taking online or phone orders.

Went in for a single pizza before work and was told it would be 15-20 minute wait...after 30 min. I inquired about how much longer and was informed that it was in the oven. 10 more minutes went by and still no pizza, I inquired again and the manager said let me check on that '. I returned a few minutes later with a pizza that he placed behind the counter and went to the back again. When he returned he proceeded to take a few orders from customers that had walked in. Then he finally picked up the pizza he had placed behind the counter and handed it to me. I told him that the pizza had been sitting there for 10 minutes and I was now late for work and the only thing he said was, it wasn 't 10 minutes . No apology, just lies. I 'm so disappointed with this Ceasars. It was always my favorite, but the quality and the service has gone way down. I won 't be returning

Placed an order online over 2 hours in advance and when I got there they couldn't find it. And after they realized I had a call-in order, I had to wait 20 min while the staff was hanging out in the back talking. Probably would have got it faster if I showed up 10 min earlier and placed the order in-person. Going back to Sam's Club or Costco for the next party order...

Best Little Caesars in my honest opinion. Fresh pizza the crust was impeccable, crispy just the right amount. Absolutely perfect... Well worth the 20 min wait.Parking: Busy time of night dirty loud of people commuting home the plaza was packed

This location needs to be shut down or put under better management. I placed an order, waited over an hour. The delivery driver was there waiting for at least 40 minutes. I call delivery support, they said the location is very busy. I get a canceled order from door dash. Now I'm pissed. I drive down there, they are not busy. There was only one customer in there. I ask the employee about my order. He said they gave the delivery driver my order at 8:55P.M. I placed my order at 8:07 P.M. the driver said they never got the order. Every time I try to get pizza from this location, whether online order or in person, there is always an issue or very long wait times. I would give this no stars. Unfortunately I have to add one star. Again, this location is awful and needs new management or be shut down.
