Starbucks - La Verne

I'm giving them a five-star rating because they handle the busy crowds exceptionally well, both inside and at the drive-thru. Let's talk about that drive-thru line, which often stretches to the stop sign or even beyond! If you decide to stop by, be prepared to wait a bit—I'm not sure how long the drive-thru wait is since we opted to go inside. However, the wait time indoors is quite reasonable. The service is impeccable; the barista was incredibly friendly and accommodating. There are at least four staff members managing the drive-thru, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Inside the restaurant, you’ll find a mix of tall and short tables for seating, and they also offer outdoor seating—a fantastic spot to soak up the sun!

This store is mismanaged shouldn't take 30-40 min to get an order I ended up having to walk in and cancel my order. I literally watched the line grow big and get smaller while I sat and waited for my 2 drinks. If you're in the area best on is in the target

I stopped here after working the election every night! Have a Zebra Hot Chocolate with whole milk (makes it richer and whipped cream! Yummy!!! ;

Waitress with purple hair was not well trained.She brought 2 spoons .We were 4 peoples.I had to go front desk to ask more spoons.Also we have to go get a water pit her to refill our water.She was busy doing with cell phone.She was not pay attention what customer wants,but I left tip for good amout for other waitress.I don't want to go there anymore.She was upset cause I did get water pitcher self.

I really loved the design of this Starbucks. I visited on August 31, 2022, and ordered a pumpkin spice frappuccino, a chocolate cookie crumble frappuccino, and a pumpkin muffin. The baristas were fantastic; they even remade my drink when it was initially incorrect. Overall, it was a wonderful atmosphere.
