Contribuisci feedbackThe staff was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about our service. The manager went out ify his way to ensure our experience was top notch. Really went above and beyond. I've never been to a Fazoli's before, but will most definitely return again and again!
I tried to order two children's meals, ravioli. I wanted one with meatballs and the other with sausage. The woman did not know how to ring it up.... Took a full 10 minutes online. Then, asked what drink I wanted with it and I told her apple juice. I get to the window she gives me my total and I think it's too much but she assures me she's running up correctly so I take the order and go home. It was hardly any meat sauce on the ravioli at all, both were cold, not lukewarm cold. And, she charged me $1 additional on each meal for the drink, which was supposed to be included. Obviously I won't be going back there. They overcharge, the meals aren't hot, even though that's what the sign says. It's a rip off
We dined in and Lucas was our order taker and delivery person. He has amazing customer service skills. He was attentive the whole time. He even remembered who ordered what food. You can?t teach that level of service. 5 stars!!!
The kitchen had just closed and the store had shut down and closed out the register. Despite this, Cecilio was able to bring great customer service to the table and provided me with a few drinks and such as an apology for not being able to serve me. Will return again and thank you for the understanding, empathy and foodie smiles. ?
From the moment we walked in the door, Catina had a smile on her face. Her personality is contagious! Food was excellent as well. Thank you Catina for making our dinner a memorable experience.
