While I was in the stall, I ran with the runner over the job that was incredibly pleasant. he found a thing that was wrong with the ordering (a sandwich without two ingredients of it), and he took it back to repair it. I received the order and felt confident that it was right. went home, and when I went through the order, some items were missing from the bag and the sandwiches were not made right (a speck cheeseburger with no speck, for example.) we took it back, we explained and they were again, very pleasant and understanding. However, when we came out of the drive-thru and looked at our order again, it was wronged to other wise people who were forgotten. After we once again got through the drive-thru we got the right order and got the mistakes as gone to make it right. I appreciate the idea, but it was only if we had noticed something wrong with the order that really made it. it shouldn't have been going through three times to make sure our order was properly prepared, and the speed of the service was pretty slow. I will not be too hard and say that it was terrible and give a star because it wasn't. the food was well done, only wrong. the staff were friendly, but not the extra mile for the accuracy. I don't know that due to this fact I return to this place as this was a common thema, but I believe it was just one of those things that happen. sonic remains a very good restaurant with very good food, but I advise them to be careful when they visit this place, as it may not be the fastest of almost food.
If I could give a zero, I would, every time there are 10-15 minutes waiting. Is it no matter if it is slow or busy? see the kids chat in zitt or talk to their friends who sit on tables more than work. never fails. never fast. if they want a slow food option, this location is their best bet.
The personal was really polite and everything with customer service when we have our eating, it is the eating that is the problem. it seemed very badly done and thrown together. we got kesefries with barely cheese and the sauce popcorn huh had more of a drillus of sauce above, not enough to even completely cover 3 nuggets. the cheeseburger we got free is in the rule $6 by itself and it had hardly anything on it and was not well done. Maybe we'll try it again someday and that'll eat better.
We waited for 25 minutes overall and we were in the second line. we waited for 5 minutes on the screen and were not even recognized. when we raised because we thought it was broken, the worker appeared confused and looked like he didn't know what he was doing. the worker was not at all apologetic, since the service was bad. Finally, after several people got their orders behind us, we have ours. I'm still not sorry it's extremely slow.
I lost track of how many time I had to repeat my order before it's was correct when ordering. Asked if they could make my items into a meal at the end (which was appreciated) but had it been rang up the correct way initially it already would have been a meal. To top it off my kids birthday shake has roughly an inch of space at the top. ?
