Tim Hortons - Labrador City

Situated in a shopping center, this Tim Hortons is definitely one of the most unique ones I have visited. My order was accurate, the food was served hot, and the service was prompt. What else could you possibly ask for in a restaurant experience?

The crew that's working tonight on may 2nd was on point!, very fast and everything is excellent!!!!

If Tim Horton's were to open a branch in Manila, this is how it would be like. The restaurant is mostly staffed by Filipinos who provide excellent service. They are fast, accurate, and make delicious sandwiches. There is plenty of seating available and the restaurant is clean. It operates 24 hours a day and I have never had any issues getting a soup or sandwich during the early morning hours. However, the drive-through setup can be a bit chaotic.

I visited the Lab City store today. I witnessed staff members placing their hands inside the cups while preparing orders. When I politely asked the employee not to put his hand in my cup, he became defensive. I used to work at a Tim Hortons and we were required to discard any cups that our hands touched. Even though you may believe your hands are clean, they are not. It is unsanitary to touch multiple surfaces and then handle customers' cups. I was not impressed with this experience.

Very busy location. long lines. many children and youthful hang out. very scary tables that do not seem to be very often cleaned.
