The banana caramel crunch is amazing whenever they have all the ingredients. This is the second time I've ordered it, and they've been out of bananas both times.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff working tonight! We visited Red Robin to celebrate my son's 9th birthday, but he was really disappointed when they ran out of ice cream and couldn't sing to him because they were short-staffed. So, we decided to give Cold Stone a try. Even though they were super busy, the team took two minutes out of their hectic schedule to stop what they were doing and sing happy birthday to him, making his night special! Thank you all so much!

Delicious Ice Cream. However, given the price, it could really use more toppings.

I ordered the largest size (the "gotta have it"), but the amount of ice cream I received was no more than what you'd get with a medium size. The ice cream itself is excellent, but I noticed that the portion sizes can be inconsistent.
