Fresh Pho - Lacey

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was not impressed. I typically don't write reviews unless necessary, but I feel the need to share my experience. The egg rolls were the smallest I have ever had at a restaurant. My salad consisted of two long romaine lettuce pieces, not cut, and two slices of cucumber with a few shredded carrots and a splash of dressing. The presentation of the food was lacking creativity and the taste was bland, requiring an excessive amount of sauce to make it palatable. Although the restaurant was clean and beautifully located, the food was disappointing. I believe they need to hire a new cook. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The food wasn't horrible. The service was though. My mom owns a Vietnamese restaurant so I think the Bun Bo Hue could've tasted better. The waitress we had was nice but all they did was seat us (a different person) then our main waitress came and got our order, then she gave us a check at the end. We never got water refills. The servers weren't anywhere to be found.

My family and I truly enjoy this wonderful restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they seem very genuine in welcoming you to their place of business. The food is great, we usually order Seafood Pho, Chicken Pho and Steak Pho, and they are always Perfect.It is sure nice that when you order extra noodles, sprouts or meat that they will actually bring it out to you separately. Usually in other Pho Restaurants that we have been to, you pay for extra items for your Pho and you have to hope it is put in there, you have to take their word for it.It is nice to see that, thank you for the option.The prices are very good compared to other area Pho restaurants, I feel that I receive more products here and a nicer atmosphere. This location was the Payless Shoe store, but when you walk in.....forget about it.This restaurant is Beautifully decorated not just with decorative accents throughout, but with the Beautiful smiles you get from the staff, YES they are wearing masks...but looking at the wonderful staff you can tell they love working here.

The dining room is beautiful, very bright and clean. The beauty of the restaurant cannot be appreciated from the parking lot. The service was incredibly polite and they took our order as soon as we were ready. We tried the spring rolls, which were small but cost-effective. The mam wings were salty, sweet, and grilled to crispy perfection. I also tried the shrimp, enjoying every bit of the clean sauce. Additionally, we ordered the banh mi, which my dining partner thought was the best they've ever had. The meat had a beautifully cured and perfected taste, with a generous portion size. We also ordered extra house pickles as they were truly delicious!

The interior of the restaurant is very appealing. I enjoy the atmosphere and it is evident that the staff works diligently and efficiently to assist customers, which is a rarity nowadays. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. Don't forget to try their boba as well!
