I purchased and picked up a birthday cake for my child’s birthday. After cutting into and serving the cake, I pulled out a piece which had a LONG WHITE HAIR inside of it. I later returned to the store to try and get a refund. The employee at the time refused to give me a refund and instead offered me another cake, to which I refused the party was over. He did not apologize for the hair and seemed annoyed that I had come in to try and get a refund. He spoke (presumably about me) to his boss in a foreign language in front of me, disrespectfully. He denied that the hair I found was a hair, and told me that it was a piece of paper??? Eventually, he agreed to give me a refund and a tub of icecream, but he revoked his offer and only ended up giving me a refund. This whole encounter took about 10 15 minutes waste of my time and money!!! Never coming back!!!!

The staff is really supportive and goes above and beyond for their customers. Portion sizes are also generous and they have always been very communicative and friendly when it comes to the quality of the customer's food. The cleanliness of the place is also amazing and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

As always...great ice cream. Customer service could use some help took 15mins for the server to finish three item order.
