Mcdonald's - Lackawanna

Imagine coming to get a coffee and waiting 30 minutes. Well if thats what you're look for in a drive through then this is the spot for you!

No matter what time of day the drive through is almost always slow. Like 15 minutes slow and when you get to the window for your food, almost every single time I am told to wait at the front for my food. For a simple breakfast order. The people taking orders are almost never friendly of any sort and almost get annoyed with you when they can't hear you. Super disappointing. Never seen anything like it

Ordered online for curb pickup. Waited 15 min in the car, but nobody came out to deliver the food. Finally, I had to go in to inquire about the food, but was told that the server called out the number many times inside the restaurant. I showed her the phone that it was a curbside pickup. All she said was system error with no apology! Bad service!

Very very slow drive-through, order inside at kiosk, will be faster.

Has to be one of the worst McDonald’s across canada. Terrible service (waited 15 min just to be able place an order). And it has to be the worst interior design for a McDonalds I have been in. All the walls are grey and they have a security guard walking around who doesn’t allow you to stay for more then 30 min. This place used to be good sad to see this happen.
