The food was great! Service was amazing. My only complaint is how ridiculously loud the place was.Parking: Had no issues finding a parking space near the door.

Always wonderful service at the St.Louie Maple location .The staff go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated. Huge shout out to Ronya and especially Maria . Maria is there on the days I go so I see her more often. Keep up the great service and don’t lose your sense of humour. I ordered 3 large wing poutines for pickup - 2 Mississippi BBQ and 1 Sweet Asian BBQ. When I arrived home and took the poutines out of the bag, they were still hot and my family and I were excited to eat. However, I was disappointed to find that there was very little BBQ sauce on the poutines - just a light drizzle. The Mississippi BBQ poutines had a light drizzle, while the Sweet Asian BBQ had almost no sauce, just a small splatter. I often order big wing poutines for my family, but this was the worst poutines I have ever received.

I went to this restaurant with friends and family for dinner, but unfortunately, the service was awful. The wait times for everything were very long. We waited for 20 minutes just to have our order taken by the waiter. Then, we waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Even after we got our food, we didn't receive napkins or utensils until we were almost done eating. When we needed something during our meal, our waiter ignored us, and it took a long time to get the attention of another waiter who told us she wasn't supposed to serve us. We waited patiently for our original waiter to return, but were later informed that they had left. Eventually, another waiter took our order. After finishing our meal, we wanted dessert, but it took a while to get the attention of our table waiter to place the order. Despite being told it would only take 5 minutes, we waited 20 minutes for our dessert, which was not satisfactory - the ice cream cake we ordered was partially melted. If you decide to dine here, be prepared for long wait times and subpar service.

I have absolutely no words to describe the service we got Saturday night.For someone who's been working in the restaurant industry for so long this had to be one of the worst experience i've ever had. it took 45 minutes for our drinks to come, especially for water soft drinks, are food arrived before the drinks. We had a FAMILY of 7 not a party and the server even asked how we all knew each other and we told her were all FAMILY. we ordered a few burgers and nachos, nachos came with no salsa and sour cream, and not even the right wing sauce we asked for, it took 25 mins to even get that meanwhile everyone was already done eating. are server was just standing around while we had to get the Host to get stuff for us. I for one don't have a problem with Auto gratting a PARTY because i've been there and done that , I asked the server what their LARGE party consists of and her response was 5. oh boy i was in shock. a large party should be 15-20. As a table of 7 and you had to auto grat the table because your service was terrible, that just shows how poorly you knew it was.
