Contribuisci feedbackOne of the biggest Vietnamese restaurants in Vaughan! Not only is the physical space big. They've got a huge, extensive and exhaustive menu. So many unique dishes that aren't available elsewhere. I noticed the Family Specials, Fondues and Combinations Menu which looks great for larger parties. They have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Plus they even serve Veggies, Squid, Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, Pork and Frog which I'm told tastes like chicken. The owner is very nice and the staff are friendly too.
Been coming here for years I will forever give this place my business Love their bo kho soup !! And shrimp fresh rolls !!
So, this is beside Vaughan Mills so pretty handy if you are shopping in the area. Note that despite signs to the contrary they were not checking covid passports of anyone...although that rule is coming to the end in a couple of days anyhow. We love Pho and have eaten at maybe 8 different places in the past. What makes the difference is the quantity, variety and quality of flavors. For a large bowl of Pho there was one relatively small sprig of basal, maybe 4 good size leaves and 5 very small leaves. Often we have gotten a large handful of herbs...not so here. so Pho was pretty bland. Bean sprouts were also very minimal. Llime....a very small corner of a lime. So soup was of average quality but the added flavor options were sorely lacking. Also had shrimp spring rolls...another favorite. Sliced in half shrimp, lettuce and noodles...no mint or other herbs...the blandest rolls I have ever had and I almost always order this as an appetizer. Last item, things were not very hot, not even the tea...first tiny cup was okay, the next was cold, the Pho was warm but not hot so by the time you got through half of it, it was room temperature.

Pretty standard Viet place, in a plaza with a lot of other Vietnamese joints so I expected it to be tasty. The menu was very large, they also had many tables and place was busy on a Saturday night. I came here with 7 friends and half of us were Viet. Waitstaff were nice and accommodating. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet (my usual). Broth was not super hot and I wish there was more meat. We only got 1 plate of bean sprouts and basil when there were 5 of us that got pho. My brother got bun bo hue and my other friends got various soup dishes. All very standard and I wouldn't say it was extraordinary. I'd come here again if I was in the area and craving Viet food.
