Victoria K Cakes - Lackawanna

I would like to recommend Victoria K Cakes to anyone looking for theme cakes for a celebration! My family has been ordering cakes from them for the last 5 years and they are always gorgeous. I have included a picture for my daughter’s 21st birthday party and it was a big hit! We chose strawberry shortcake filling and it was delicious.

Cakes are really good, if you could make them talk to you decently. Very rude people. I have been coming here for 3 years and I always ignore or joke about how uncomfortable they are when I visit this place, but this afternoon was enough.Edit: I now see a few people have left the same reviews as mine. Extremely poor Service

A little voice whispered, Stay away... The voice progressively got louder, Avoid the big chain franchises Don 't buy from Timmy 's ...Where 's the voice coming from? Who 's trying to talk to me? No, I 'm not hearing things and definitely not losing my mind. That 's just my foodie conscience talking to me when I was trying to figure out where I can get a quick snack on the drive home. That 's when I drove past multiple Tim Hortons and ended up at Victoria K 's cake. But occasionally, the foodie conscience gets it wrong too. In this case, I get the feeling that 's one of those cases. Upon entering the store, I see a wide selection Eastern European desserts. But, I ended up choosing a strawberry Sufganiyah which is a Jewish jam filled donut.The donut is a bit more bready than the typical donut. I get the feeling that it was slightly stale and the dough didn 't really have much taste. On the opposite spectrum, the strawberry jam was way too sweet. The donut was also on the slightly pricier end as it came to just under $4 after tax. I 'm definitely not a huge fan of Timmy 's donut, but I really wish I didn 't listen to my foodie conscience this time around.
