Xpress Bbq - Lackawanna

Have been here several times and had great tasty juicy chicken. Was here today brought my brother to try it out he's catering a party this coming weekend and the chicken was dry cold and and tasteless. So disappointed called and asked if they changed anything. I was told they have never ever had a complaint and they were sorry I felt that way and as I was speaking I was HUNG UP on.Wow spent $100.00 will definately not return.Dorothe S.

I ordered the quarter chicken and they ended up giving me and charging me for the half chicken meal. The chicken and rice was pretty dry and did not taste fresh. I will not be coming back

We here for the first time today, due to word of mouth on how good this place is. Got combo #2 to go . Brought it home and to find left over chickens from yesterday. All dry and tasteless, washed it down with the hot sauce tho .
