Tacos El Pariente - Ladson

I'm excited that this food truck has set up a permanent location on Clements Ferry! Their tacos are some of the best in Charleston, and the beans and rice are also delicious. They provide a selection of fresh salsas, along with griddled jalapeños and onions with every order. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, especially compared to many food trucks nowadays. We usually eat here once or twice a week and truly enjoy it! Absolutely delicious!

The tortas are amazing! My girlfriend, who is vegetarian, absolutely loves the mushroom tacos and insists on coming back for them every day. The food is truly outstanding!

My wife and I ordered two tortas, and I must say the choice of bread was superior to what we've experienced at most places—it's possibly the best we've come across. However, we were let down by the portion of meat in our tortas; it was about half of what I would typically expect. Furthermore, we weren't provided with any limes or sauce, which were also missing from our meal. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown.

The food is delicious and the service is fast! Everything for a great price. Taste authentic. I got birria and chicken tacos with a civiche tostado. The barría tacos did not come with the soup on the side. Maybe you have to ask for it? I'm not sure but it they were still delicious and juicy. The civiche tostado was sooooooo fresh tasting! Everything I had was good which is why I gave 5 stars.

Amazing food! We tried Tacos el Pariente for the first time last week and we were not disappointed. We tried several different menu items and everything was AMAZING! We live practically across the street and will be back!
