Dunkin' - Lady Lake

Went through drive through, ordering was simple, and service was ok.

I just finished a 12-hour shift only to be ignored for ten minutes at the restaurant. I ordered food for my kids that was not cooked and served ice cold. Both the chicken and pepper wrap and the egg and chorizo wrap were uncooked and ice cold. I called for assistance three times but received no response. It was a disgusting experience and incredibly disappointing. I will be letting everyone know about this poor service.

The staff was very rude and the overall experience was terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. The young girls working behind the counter were touching their hair and face while preparing food, which is completely unsanitary. Additionally, when I was unable to wait in the drive-through line due to my car overheating, the staff inside was very snide and rude when I went to pick up my order. They claimed it was against company policy, even with the store manager present. I have been a loyal Dunkin customer for a long time and have never experienced such treatment. Even if it is company policy, the way they handled the situation was appalling. I will be contacting the district manager about this issue, as it reflects poorly on the entire franchise.

I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude. I asked for a medium iced latte with white chocolate and she asked me if I wanted cream and sugar so I said the latte comes with cream and she says “then you should have said that” because she didn’t hear me the first time when I asked for the latte… then after I order my sandwich and a donut she gets frustrated and scoffs. I was ordering clearly and quickly. No need for all that attitude. Then my mother didn’t like her coffee so she asked for a refund and the girl said she would get fired if she gave her a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here.
