Longhorn Steakhouse - Lady Lake

I waited for over an hour for my soup and salad at this restaurant. When I asked to speak to a manager, the hostess argued with me about the wait time and was insulting. The steak on my salad was cold, and I never received a refill on my iced tea. I was very disappointed and this will be my first and last time visiting this place.

The food at this restaurant was tasty overall, but the French onion soup was not up to par. Additionally, the dishes only came out warm instead of hot, including the soup. Service was slow with a long wait for our food.

The dining room can get a bit noisy and the prices are a little on the high side, but the food is excellent and the service is exceptional.

Very pleased with our meal. Food was excellent. Our server Courtney was exceptional.Very pleasantly surprised. Haven't been to a Longhorn restaurant in years. We will be back soon.
