Worst Perkins in the state. Had a line, we waited 40 minutes… so many empty tables, and I get it in some cases when staff calls in… but it happened the last time we were here too… most the tables are empty… yet they sat us at a filthy table… so many misses here… disgusting flooring, worn dingy tables… really should be changed out, smelly dated bathrooms… and for this area… there are so many better places to go… who keep their place looking great. I won’t be back. Though I do appreciate the “owner” feedback… it’s too little, too late. Not to mention that you reply nearly the same thing to negative feedback each time… for the last couple years… which makes it very insincere. The bathrooms and flooring are proof… just nasty. And they have been for the last year. Shame on you for allowing that. It demonstrates you are in this for one reason… and pulling the already struggling Perkins name down with you. And you can’t expect your team to care more about the place than you do. They can only work with the tools you give them… and that is obviously the minimum. And if the guest areas look this disgusting, I can only imagine what the kitchen and areas guests can’t see is like!
