Manulito's Flame Grill - Ladybrand

The best! It completely changed my perspective on the place from the moment I walked in.

Ladybrand is a relatively small town, and Manulito's serves as a cozy refuge for those looking to unwind for a little while. The waitstaff is very friendly and engaging, creating a lovely atmosphere. Service is fairly quick, and we didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food. However, I have to say the pizza I tried with my cousin was quite disappointing. I can't believe someone could mess up a pizza like that! The chili and feta cheese completely overwhelmed my taste buds. I genuinely didn't enjoy it and ended up ordering a chicken dish instead, which went much better with my beer. Despite that hiccup, the place has a great vibe—it's easily accessible and offers a nice view of the road.

The setup is good but... There was no other customer. It took forever for someone to offer help and bringing a menu. After 30 min I ask myself what this place does because, joh. During half time All blacks vs England, I ordered a Jalepeno chicken breast burger with Vegs or salad from the menu. After 40 minutes, I went to the counter to check what's taking so long.I was asked another 5min because he couldn't find veggies. After 8min he brought a plate with cutlery. I showed him my wiped fingers of the dusty table and asked it to be wiped. I started with my greek salad which was Awesomely lekkerrrrr. Lifted the crispy roll to look for sliced Jalapenos, nothing, only a tartar source which tasted a bit strong. The chicken breast which I looked for in awe, was so dry and actually burned the cheap fork bended on one occasion. I had to move my fingers on the bridge of the fork. The drinks fridge is empty, I had my own. He supplied the glass. Cost, R60. However as I said the place have potential, but I think their marketing strategy is poor and the chef don't get enough practice, perfecting skills. I would go again and try something else, just a bit afraid for ordering steak or prawns which I also saw on the menu. Lol

The customer service was good but the food took too long and that just makes one lose one's appetite. The place had no vibe, it has was a very boring and quiet restaurant.

The staff are friendly. The environment however was terrible. I ordered a pizza and it must have been one of the worst I have ever had.
