KFC - Ladysmith

The owner of KFC Ladysmith has changed and there have been significant improvements. All the staff is new and the restaurant is now open until 7 pm. They serve fresh chicken and despite previous bad reviews, the staff is now very attentive and efficient.

This restaurant is awful and should be closed down. They close daily at 5pm, making it impossible to order dinner if you work until 5pm. They rarely answer phone calls and have run out of chicken on several occasions. It's hard to believe they could run out of chicken when that's their main dish.

KFC offers one of the best food around for fast food. They offer one of the best plant based burgers. Thank you Colonel for spicing up a boring vegetarians meal.

This was our third attempt to get some dinner at this location. We went prior to their closing hours and twice they were already closed. The third time we went they were still open but we were told that they were sold out of chicken?? Will not bother wasting my time to go back again.

I attempted to place an online order but received an error message stating the address was not found, or it redirected me to a pickup location in Nanaimo. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the store had not transitioned their phones for online orders yet. However, they provided me with another number to call. Upon calling, I was told that the store was not a part of the KFC online or phone order system, as it may be independently owned. I was given the direct number for the store, but after multiple attempts, no one answered. Is this store even operational? It seems to be physically present, but there is no response when trying to contact them.
