Kfc - Ladysmith

KFC probably stands for awful food because it 's not very good and honest question, is it legal to serve food this bad, seriously it 's so bad, I can name like 50 better locations

Visited the Chemanis location, friendly enough staff... My problem was when we got the order home and checked it, 45 miles later... The Family Fries were fine, the Gravy was great but we had 5 Legs, 5 Thighs, 1 Wing and 1 Breast!!! That is not a proper 12 Piece Bucket, it was to be 4 Legs, 4 Thighs, 2 Wings and 2 Breasts... So I called them and their response was, there's always more Dark Meat and I said well yes there is but, there's alway 4 White pieces and 8 Dark, we'll known fact... She said again, their is more Dark, always more Dark Meat‍, I understand that I said again... So as I was explaining to her that I would like those pieces replaced and why, she hung up... I called five times after, in five minute intervals, but their was no response... I shall start calling when they open tomorrow, now it's just over principle... KFC Chemanis, BC... This kind of **** always happens there... The food was good though...

Awful, just awful. Terrible value, poor quality food and totally disorganized, confused staff. 8 pc box contained 1 thigh, 4 drumsticks and 3 wings! $20! The only thing that came with it was fries and they were stone cold and had obviously already been reheated more than once. Waited 25 minutes for this disaster in the drive through. Won't be returning and suggest everyone give this place a wide berth. There are a lot of better choices.

I drove 30 mins to this KFC because it WAS one of the good ones left. They used to have the good gravy and chicken that tasted and looked like it used to, this was over a year ago since my last visit.The gravy is what made the plain fries good.The gravy yesterday was like a runny not good soup and did not taste like KFC gravy. The fries had an awful spice on them so we tossed a large fries in the garbage. If I wanted spice on them I would have added it myself, so strange.The chicken was just ok.There are a lot of chicken places out there for KFC competition...they should realize what has kept them in business all these years. Price has gone up but it isn't good enough tasting anymore.This is no longer our go to KFC.
