McDonald's - Ladysmith

I recently visited a restaurant where I had a server with a four-letter name, the first three letters being Tin_. I recalled knowing this girl over 20 years ago when we were in school together. Unfortunately, she had a reputation for being nasty and offensive. Despite facing challenges in her life, she had once lied about me and caused me a great deal of trouble which nearly impacted my ability to graduate. When I encountered her at McDonald's recently, I decided to be kind and asked how she was doing. She responded in a friendly manner. However, when I ordered a black coffee, I found either sausage meat or hamburger floating in it. I drank it anyway and thankfully did not get sick. It was disheartening to see that after all these years, this poor girl hadn't progressed much in life. I would not recommend buying food from this location as it seems that the employees are not following proper food standards. It is concerning that they may be engaging in unsanitary practices. It's possible that this is why they are still working at McDonald's in their 40s.

The signs claim to be open 24 hours, but when I drove up on Sunday at 11:40 pm, the drive-thru was blocked with crates and the online information stated that it was closed. At 6 am, there were no pens available. This is not a true 24-hour operation. There was only one person working inside, but the doors were locked and they did not even acknowledge my presence. The advertising and service at this restaurant are quite disappointing.

The service at this restaurant was terrible and I witnessed the manager picking up lids from a dirty counter and placing them back on the rack. It is clear that they do not prioritize hygiene.

We got it here and we was suprice how speed and fresh the food is

Wow the food is amazing. thank you finally got the best mcdonalds ever we had a great experience as the staff are smilling and friendly
