Love this place (the review). Service was exceptional. European style, not pressing or floating. Had the Gougère (puffed cheese pastries) were tiny clouds of joy. Soup of the day, carrot ginger was neither refined to carrots or ginger, but balanced and creamy without cream. Classic French options beef bourguignon and sweetbreads were perfect. Not hard either. Thank you for making my anniversary special.
Ryan, the server was fun. The food was excellent and was served very quickly. Big wine list always with something new to offer. Really like Reve.
A delicious dinner. We enjoyed the Steak Frites, Reve Salat, Duck Confit over lenses. Service was excellent. The table was ready. All right.
We are long-time patrons at this restaurant but hadn’t visited since late summer. Lots of new and old delicious-looking items on the menu. We chose a salad of beets, marinated kale and cara cara oranges with a delicate vinaigrette and goat cheese. Our entree was a shared veal chop in crisped tarragon, which is placed in the table between those sharing. Each person has a plate of amazing mashed/whipped potatoes and vegetables to go with the veal slices you choose from the shared plate. A small pitcher of veal jus was also provided. The veal was amazing. We also shared a glass of 2009 Pinot which went perfectly with the meal. It was a heavenly experience!
