I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed the food. They offer typical American dishes, but they are well-prepared. The Oldtimer burger we tried was deliciously charred and flavorful. The Bacon Chicken Ranch Quesadillas are also a great option. The most surprising dish was the Bacon Avocado Chicken Sandwich, which was larger than expected for a chain restaurant and had a good variety of ingredients. We came during a slow period, which may have impacted the service as they appeared to have minimal staff.
The service was satisfactory, with no major complaints. We encountered a minor hiccup with our order when one of our dishes arrived as plain chicken tenders instead of the honey Chipotle flavor we had requested. However, the friendly waitstaff promptly rectified the mistake. Overall, the food was delicious.
I ordered the lunch shrimp fajitas, as I am a fajita lover and always try them wherever I go. The food came out sizzling hot, but the flour tortillas were a bit disappointing as they were stuck together and one was shredded. The meal included Pico, salsa, sour cream, and cheese, as well as rice, peppers, and onions for $9.95. Overall, it was a decent meal, but could have used more tortillas. Jarrod was attentive and took care of my needs throughout the meal. However, I must mention that the bathrooms were disappointing as well. They were dirty, with stainless steel partitions covered in water trails, fingerprints, and an unpleasant smell of sewer gas. I had to cover my face with my shirt to bear being inside. Despite this, everything else about Chili's was great and deserving of 5 stars.
We were disappointed to find out that they no longer include caramel with the Molten Chocolate Lava Cake, despite giving them an 18% tip for takeout. We had to go back inside and ask for caramel, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the prices have increased post-pandemic. Our dining experience was average, with good service and standard Chili's food.
