Food is always hot, fresh, short wait, staff is polite, clean, and prices are wonderful.

Double veggies and turkey necks, absolutely delicious!!! ???? The atmosphere and people are awesome! The food is great!! My place fo sho! ????????

I was disappointed with my dinner. I ordered food for delivery, choosing the Jerk Chicken (dark meat) along with steamed vegetables, rice and peas, sweet plantains, and a side of festival (4). I appreciated that the restaurant reached out to inform me they were low on dark meat and would be substituting with chicken breast. As a gesture of goodwill, they included some oxtails with my quarter chicken. However, when my food arrived, the chicken was burnt—black and inedible—lacking any flavor. The festival was also burnt. I was very upset, especially since I spent over $30 on a meal that I couldn’t enjoy. I was looking forward to trying this Caribbean food while in Lafayette for work, coming from South Florida myself. If I had picked up my order instead of having it delivered, I would have asked for a refund and refused the food altogether. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This was my first visit, and I was not disappointed at all. The catfish was perfectly fried and seasoned. The rice was excellent—fluffy and not sticky at all, with each grain standing apart. The jerk mac and cheese was a delightful surprise; it was absolutely delicious and offered a fun twist on the classic dish. I will definitely be returning!

This is a wonderful hidden gem with fantastic food! The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the jerk chicken is quite tasty. I absolutely loved the mac and cheese pie—it was delicious! I also tried my friend's goat stew, and it was amazing! I definitely plan to order that next time!
