Hardee’s - Lafayette

Nothing wrong with the food but the last few times I ordered biscuit and gravy with a side order of bacon once I get home no bacon but was charged for it. I have ordered the same twice since and made sure to check the order before leaving the drive-thru and both times still no side order of bacon.

Our food looked like wasn't fully cooked and the chicken biscuit my BF got was so hard that he couldn't eat it.

On this visit, the staff was unprofessional. The counter girl was yelling at the kitchen staff, apparently while her headset was on and the mgr or shift leader was yelling at her to turn off her headset, all while I stood at the counter waiting to tell them I was there to pick up my online order. The food was fine, the experience was just awkward.

I have never had an issue with hardees at all, but today was the worst. It took two tries to get our order right and when we got home it was a mess..bacon was half cooked..buns soggy..we ordered regular fries and the boxes were half full and were half curly fries and half regular fries and they were cold and stale..tasted like they'd been sitting out all day.

All was good this morning at Breakfast. Great Food, fast Service, and Clean. Hey it is a fast food joint...
