Jet's Pizza - Lafayette

Terrible terrible customer service. Spend 80 dollars worth of pizza and wings. They missed 6 items on my order. I called to try to remedy the situation and they said they would be there within 30 min to bring the missing items. Over 1 hour since I called about missing items. Spoke to a manager and said she had nothing to do with the previous order. At that point said take a refund or wait another 30 min for your items. Nah that is not ok. 80 dollars spent over 2 hours of wait. Cold food and missing items.

Love your pizza although the last couple of times taken home pizza the pizza itself had not been cut all the way through. Is disappointed by this. You got this guys

I ordered Jets and it never came, they never called or refunded my money. Worthless customer service and they don't care

They really need to improve their online ordering system. I attempted to place an order, but it wasn't available. In today's digital age, that's simply unacceptable. Other pizza places have it figured out, but they seem to be missing the mark.
