Mcdonald's - Lafayette

I typically place my orders using the mobile app at this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, and my food is always fresh, hot, and ready quickly.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered a double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal and a Quarter Pounder with cheese meal, both with cokes. The cashier misunderstood my order and tried to charge me for two double Quarter Pounders with cheese meals. After clarifying my order, I received the correct items but noticed that I was only charged for one Quarter Pounder meal. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were unhelpful and told me I couldn't do anything about it. The customer service at this McDonald's is terrible and the bread was stale. That's all!

The experience at this restaurant was not very good. They forgot an item from my order and the food seemed overcooked. Additionally, the service from the worker at the window was quite rude.

The service was great. very friendly and helpful. the french fries have just been salted properly, but only the problem that my chicken sandwich was boiled over.

I walked into this establishment around 6:55 am today. The door was open and the times on the door say that the lobby opens for breakfast at 6:00 am every day. I was inside pondering my order when someone who appears to be the manager walks over to me and says that the lobby opens at 7:00 am, which is contrary to what is posted on the door. I asked when this change was made as the right time wasn 't posted on the door, only to receive an answer of it 's been this way since before COVID. To my surprise I was kicked out of the lobby. They had more than two years to change the time on the door and didn 't. On my walk to Burger King, I figured this McDonald 's was very poorly managed. I got my food at Burger King and left before the McDonald 's lobby was open. It 's not a good idea to assume your (now former) customers know something that isn 't posted correctly, both on your store and on the internet.
