Contribuisci feedbackI have waited for almost an hour and a half, which is understandable due to the lack of workers) but this is the third time I ordered last month and she forgot sauces. no big thing I call and the manager chase answers .he is so rude! he replied to the mobile phone round and then said when I want it, they will come into the load and get them no drivers! I paid over $5 for the delivery already now I need my gas tail to go there and get the rest of my order!? they will be relieved! there is a nice way to give bad news and the job I got was not known. we stay with pizza hut?
Excellent....exceptional customer service....I was so impressed.....first time...got the Hawaiian pizza ....very close to original I Hawaii...it was very good....wings were so tender and meaty....unlike the place we have here in DaytonThe service though....I had fallen at work and about to have knee surgery..I had a employee come from behind the counter..... took my stuff to the car..then ran around opened the door for me..who does this these days..papa John's employees do..The food was great....hot...fresh...and outstanding service....
It seems like lately whenever we get fast food from any restaurant, the food is poor quality and the order is usually wrong. However we never seem to have any problems with Papa John's.
Pizza was delicious. It's a little chaotic getting your order. Maybe a new system would help. Ijs
Unfortunately, this has been a giant problem of recent. The store seems to open and close whenever they want, despite whatever is shown on the front door or online... Tried to place an order this evening and was told the store arbitrarily closed 1 hour ago, which is almost 3 hours before their official closing time according to their app...
