Teocalli Cocina - Lafayette

As one of the only restaurants with some vegan options in Lafayette, my husband and I eat here almost once a week! We love the vegan tempura avocado taco and the guacamole. It always tastes fresh and full of taste! And we really like the ambience of the restaurant colorful, beautiful lights. The only drawback with interior seats is to get really loud, especially at weekends. Most servers we had are very friendly!

Good Mexican restaurant, it's quite a meeting place. They have both exterior and interior seats. Good selection of food and food waiting is moderate to long side. The staff is friendly and the food is authentic and taste good. Taste is 4 out of 5. It is not the kind of restaurant to talk as it is very loud. Total good experience.

I've been here twice with a big group and once with my partner. Both times were excellent! I enjoyed the shrimps and Ahi Tuna Tacos, the queen, Guac, trio of Salsas, cheese Enchiladas and Churros. I recommend the spicy pineapple margarita, the macha salsa and the cheese enchiladas 1/2 1/2. While I enjoyed everything, these are the things that really stood me. Also the Churros were a very pleasant end of the night when you have rooms! Love to fit the mood here and the food. Worth a visit.

Definitely an active and hopping local spot! The food is very good nouveau Mexican and prices are very reasonable. The only downside is that the place is really really loud the kind of shouting across the table loud and then your voice is hoarse the next morning. They could benefit from some absorptive materials in the building to help just tone it down a little!

This places K I C K S. A 100% gluten free kitchen with amazing amount of tasty choices. We had the guac, queso fundido, an arrangement of tacos including the fried fish which was excellent! Then to finish off a nice meal we had the churros. Overall we had a wonderful dining experience and the food was so fresh. We will definitely be back ASAP!
