Whataburger - Lafayette

The food at this Whataburger was excellent. It took a bit of time for my order to be ready since I ordered inside, but I didn't mind the wait at all.

For a fast food restaurant, the service at this location truly stands out. The staff is wonderful and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. While the food is on par with other franchises in the area, it's the delightful team that makes dining here much more enjoyable.

The manager was friendly and polite. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. I ordered the number 1 combo and ended up with more than I could eat.

I waited so long just to get a patty melt that wasnt fresh. You can just look at the cheese and the bread and it wasn't hot. The fry's where soooooooo salty. I love whataburger. But this one is not good.

Update 9/14: Still no butter and they will not tell you, I specifically asked before ordering, then there's none in the bag, so I ask for butter then they say we don't serve butter. I understand supply chain issues but butter is not one that I can find ongoogle. So if you want butter on your pancakes, biscuits, etc., you will NOT be getting any here so somewhere else, maybe oneday they get this problem solved but until then I suggest staying away as I will. While this location does hv some goodpancakes, they are a little dry, butter usually fixes that. However I was told this morning no more butter they not gettingany in. So don't get pancakes, you will be disappointed unless you are taking them home to eat. And no butter for biscuits so ifyou choose to go bring your own butter, their biscuits need it too. And they're not getting anymore per the cashier. What adisappointment!
