Ninja Hibachi Express - LaFollette

Was all hyped to eat here. big prices but barely any food. completely overcooked. waited in line for 45 min to be disappointed

This was the 2nd most likely our last time doing business with #NinjaExpress. I placed an order of $33.16 by phone/ for my husband to pick-up for my birthday dinner. I was VERY clear with the details- 3 hibachi steak dinners with steamed rice, the meat in 2 of them being EXTRA WELL DONE... This is definitely not what I requested: The first time we ordered from here, we had the same experience I just chalked it up as a loss because I worked in the restaurant business for years I understand that mistakes/ Miscommunications can be made. However, $30-$40 an hour drive twice) is not acceptable for a meal that I can’t eat...

If you don’t want to wait on people an hour before you close you should probably close an hour earlier. My daughter and I were just sat at 7:54 and ignored till we left at 8:03. And no it was not busy. There was one other table. This is not the first time we have felt like we were unwelcome at least an hour before closing time
