We loved our stop in this hotel. We had a comfortable bed (inner spring mattress) , quiet and effective air conditioning, and a comfortable lounge and table in the room too. And a balcony and TV. The breakfast was good. If you want to see the rice terraces but also sleep comfortably I recommend you make this an overnight stop. We stopped here while travelling with public transport. Got a Jeepney from Banaue to stop here, and took a bus the next day from Lagawe bus station.
The wifi does not reach any rooms, and it's very slow. There's no water throughout the night, even at 7am in the morning. My mom and dad really needed to use the washroom really badly in the middle of the night, but there was no water available. They have no water system. The parking in the basement is really tight. It's only good for smaller vehicles and everything is not worth what we paid. Overall, the place looks like a funeral home.
Can't recommend the hotel. They have no decent parking. Basement parking is only for smaller vehicles. Hotel runs out of water because it doesn't seem to be connected to a water system. Tried calling the number at the front desk but there was no staff on the other line. It was 5AM and you can't flush the toilet nor brush your teeth or have a shower. Their WiFi can't reach the rooms we stayed at. The door fob doesn't work and the washroom door doesn't even stay locked. It's not recommended for the price they ask for. The chickens are an absolute menace in the morning.
