Contribuisci feedbackRecommended by two hotel concierges, but what possible accumulation of misunderstandings could lead to that? Perhaps hotel staff get kickback for the recommendations. Could hardly blame them given modest pay and picky guests they experience. Whatever the reasons, don't go there. On the plus, or excuses, side, it was Monday night in August and everywhere was busy. They were rushed. And the waiter did run after me with my left behind sunglasses. But the food and service were so poor. Inedible garlic squid (could be my northern palette), OK melon and ham, OK bread, monkfish acceptable, tuna bland, waiter unable to recommend a wine. A tourist trap, gone wrong. They are the same the world over. Life is too short.
Apart from the terrible service, regarding wine list and bringing us a billing note not from our table (of course more expensive than ours). we would like to mention that € 3,10 for potable water (we tasted the chloor 3 people did) is by Portuguese law free of charge and oblage to offer to any table in your restaurant, but was paid by us. they claim to be a cerveijaria but several people who sat down just for a drink were kindly send away, more then half of the establishment was still free...
Geweldig restaurant, goede bediening.Heerlijke visgerechten, wij hadden de zeeduivel kebab gekozen. kortom een aanrader voor mensen die van lekker eten houden.
Aanrader. Heerlijk gegeten. Vooraf mosselen en octopus. Hoofdgerecht Zeeduivel kebab. Vriendelijke en vlotte bediening en verassende goede Chardonnay uit de Algarve. Komen deze week zeker nog terug.
The seafood is spectacular and our waiter was amazing. The clams appetizer were best in town. This small restaurant is a true gem.
