Sao Roque - Lagos

We recently moved to Lagos from Lisbon. After reading the reviews which weren’t great, we decided to try it out. Mind you, we are here in November. The food was awesome, our server Garren was spectacular. The views are incredible. My guess is that the workers probably become overwhelmed during the tourist season. Unfortunately, many tourists expect service NOW, instead of enjoying the ambiance. I would say, slow down and have another glass of vino.

Had to Swordfish Steak here today and it was amazing. Garlic, chilli prawns weren’t to shabby either. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

Good place to have a dinner as it located just right on the beach. Big portions and prices a bit cheaper than at the centre. Service a little bit slow, but it was fine by me.

Amazing food. Good variety. What a beautiful view to look upon. Awesome after a long day at the beach. Make sure to have a pina colada
