Country Barbecue - Lagrange

Good barbeque is important! The service was great; the prices were about $10ish/plate. I love the fried Pickles Appetizer!!! The only sad part was that Mac and Cheese is a special one only on Thursday, so we couldn't try it out. But I enjoyed the food!

I would like to visit with a lot to know how it really is here. My service was good, so was my food; but the building is designed for groups instead of single eaters, so I felt a bit lost in the bustling river. They really treated the groups well from the observer's point of view. We look forward to returning with the family.

The food was fantastic. Our family had the roast beef, ribs, tenders and all the fixings. The best part was the service. As we entered we were greeted with all smiles and multiple employees welcoming us. Our server, Hayley, was phenomenal. We had just left Great Wolfe Lodge and had conversation with her about or trip home which she immediately replied she’d make sure she’d give us all to go drinks so we would be set up for our trip home. She provided us with the best service.

Would've gave five stars if the manager didn't sit me at a table with a big pile of sauce on it. Lol. He didn't see it and put the menu right in it. The server helped clean it up and then I had a very enjoyable and pleasant meal! Food was delicious......I would recommend putting fried tenders salad in a bigger bowl so every time you take a bite a few pieces of lettuce don't fall out. In the long run I've been going here for years and the food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun!!!! I also always get a great server. They must teach them very well

Great place for a good grill, which is later opened as 6. The staff was very friendly and helpful for suggestions for food. There was the bomb! The best green hands down. The lemonade was so sweet and refreshing!! The pulled pork sandwich was so tender and of course they had a nice selection of additional BBQ sauces that you could put on it. Many dishes and day specialties!! The buttermilk tenderers were freshly sprinkled and nicely crispy. The sweet potato was huge and naturally tasted perfect, not too muddy. They are highly recommended for catering as they are parties and big events. The restaurant was clean and the toilets. Check them and support local businesses
