Longhorn Steakhouse - Lagrange

Had a steak, grilled mais, salat, arnold parmer and sangria. came with my family of 6 others. eating was delicious, but what was fabulous was my waiter tommy. He was worried about us that our drinks were refilled and that we needed nothing. when I come back, I'll get tommy again.

Ordered take-out last night. Fried were soggy, and all of the food was cold. Tasted horrible! Please do better.

Overall okay for big chain steak house.Salads, asparagus and soup were excellent.Bread was pretty dry, butter was a bit firm.Steak was cooked close enough to medium but had no seasoning.

On June 22, 2022, I stayed at a hotel within walking distance to Longhorns. I called to place a pick up order at around 9:40PM and they close at 10:00PM. I called the restaurant and pressed the selection for pick up and was hung up on three times. I walked to the restaurant and asked a very nice hostess if I could place a to go order. She walked behind the bar and asked Hannah if I could place a to go order. Hannah was extremely rude to this poor hostess and I could tell she did not want to help. So I placed my order of two loaded potato soup's a side salad and bread. I observed Hannah for the few minutes that it took for my food to be ready and she seemed extremely miserable and treated the younger people that work there so bad. The bar was also a huge mess. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant nor recommend it just because of her attitude alone. I recommend management really watch what she's doing.

All the food was exceptional of the Grilled Salmon which was over cooked although I asked our waitress to tell the chef not to overcook as I liked it very moist. other than that everything was wonderful. I should have sent it back but we were traveling and short on time.
