Such a cute find! I was looking for a sweet gift for my daughter in law's birthday and came across Le Macaron in Laguna. I was able to pick out a great assortment from their many flavors . She was thrilled and so was I . Can't wait to try some more!
We came here on a Friday afternoon. This is a wonderful shop with tasty temptations! Also love the proprietor who was patient with us as we explored all their wonderful options. We ended up getting the stuffed beignets for later that evening, strawberry sorbet for the walk back up the hill to our car, and waters to quench our thirsts. We will be back for their macarons and croissants. They also had a very good selection of gluten free pastries that looked yummy as well. The beignets were delicious! The sorbet was also very good on our uphill walk to our car. They have croissants on the weekends.Stop by this shop when you are at the Main Beach in Laguna Beach. You will not be disappointed. Spend some time choosing your treat, and ask about the selections.
Macarons are delicious! In the order of most delicious I tried the vanilla , coconut, rose, orange grand marnier, mango and one other for a total of six. I ate them all in a matter of minutes. Wonderful service from who I assume is the owner of the shop. Absolutely beautiful inside the establishment creating a warm and happy ambiance.
We've passed this place countless times but hadn't actually made a purchase. There comes a time when you can only pass up gluten free dessert so many times. We got a 6 pack that included rose, birthday cake, peanut butter, Nutella and bubblegum. I'm a big fan of peanut butter but wasn't a fan of the macaron. Everything else tasted great. The shop was adorable with a fun little backdrop for photos. Pricing was extremely reasonable for being right on the beach!
