Dirty. Everywhere. Menus stuck together because there was food etc. on the pages. The table had some kind of sticky stuff on it which we had to ask the waiter to wipe off.The windows were really dirty. My salad had the stalk of lettuce in it along with wilted lettuce leaves. Gross. I won’t be going back:

So ate here with 10 others 4/18/24 First, upon arrival I was told our lunch was pushed back from 1:00 to 1:30 and our outside patio service would now be inside due to a corporate meeting!!!!! No noitce had been given. Really!!! Not good; and no one at BJ 's seemed to care. A Positive was the number of small dishes at very reasonable prices for lunchperfect for our crowd of seniors. My chicken parm and pasta way too salty. No reason for this as salt can always be added but not removed. .......after two visits not impressed at all with this restaurant. Management, hostess and server all kept just making excuses. Seems they really don 't need us as customers........ 3/2/23: (Thanks to mgr for reply, however, when you send something back in a restaurant typically there is about a 20 minute wait for it 's return!! By that time your dining partner is done eating.)Ate there recently for the first time! Happy hour atmosphere was good; service good; food not to our liking; puny sliders; not crispy chicken wings, so fat was not even rendered. Will not return.Parking: Plentiful

Always a good experience, our server Alex was very nice and very attentive to our table!

Alex was super attentive, amazing and I didn’t have to ask for anything! She was totally on top of it. Management should groom her to be a trainer! ???
