Chick-fil-a - Laguna Hills

Clearly says extra tomato no pickles on the bag. Got no tomato and pickles on the order. Line was crazy long so I sort of get it but I've never had chick FIL a mess up an order for me before. Usually this location has a pretty short line. Guess times havechanged. Disappointed at the no tomatoes as they are essential to why I get a deluxe in the first place. Sucks that I paid forit. I had no time to get it fixed because I had to head back from my lunch break.

I love Chick-fil-a, the food, the team members, the friendly atmosphere! I have been to a number of locations which were all very nice. I have visited the El Toto Road, Laguna Hills, CA location the most and I feel like part of the family! They are sofriendly and kind, they remember me, they go out of their way and I receive fabulous service! The food is always fresh and totemperature. I feel like I can eat healthy and delicious!

They gave me the wrong order of chicken strips when it's clearly said chicken nuggets on the receipt.

The best Mac and Cheese in town!!My kids love the soups also.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Chicfila for selling rotten chicken salads without regard. My family ate here approx 1x week for years because of the perceived high quality food. I purchased a southwest chicken salad for lunch. When I got to the office, I noticed a weird brownish/greenish slime in the sealed plastic salad container. The foul smell and sight of rotting juices made me nauseous. I kept my receipt, the bag, and sealed condiments to return. The next day, I returned for a credit and to show the manager the pictures of what I had sold. I was treated horribly by the night shift manager, who refused to make accommodations or even acknowledge that they sold me food that could result in salmonella poisoning. One of the young cashiers was appalled by how I was treated and what was sold. I am so disappointed by this whole experience and will never refer this fast food establishment to anyone. They don 't care if they sell you packaged salmonella. Eat at your own risk!!
